People Skills Standards Subcommittee

The People Skills Standards Subcommittee evaluates existing standards and generates new standards pertaining to the People Skills area of the SMRP Body of Knowledge.

Examples of standards related to People Skills:

• ASQ Q10015:2001 - Quality Management Guidelines for Training.

• ISO 8152:1984 - Training of Mechanics for Earth-moving Machinery
