>> Re-Certification Requirements

To maintain their certification, all CMRP's must participate in 50 hours of relevant skill development and training over the 3-year re-certification period. This can be achieved by participating in any combination of items from the list of approved activities. Applicants must show participation, and provide hours for a minimum of 2 areas from the list of approved activities. Complete and return a re-certification form by the anniversary date of your CMRP certification along with the re-certification fee of $275 for non-SMRP members which includes a one year membership, $150 for SMRP members, or $100 if you are an employee of a Sustaining Sponsor company. No other documentation need be submitted with the form, but should be retained in case your submission is one of the one (1) percent randomly chosen for audit at time of submission.

In lieu of meeting this requirement, a CMRP may elect to re-take the exam for certification.

Download the re-certification form (in PDF format). Detailed instructions concerning recertification may be found in the Candidate Guide for Certification and Recertification which may be downloaded using the "More Information" link below.
