SMRPCO policies and procedures require the presence of an approved proctor during the administration of CMRP, CMRT and CAMA exams. The proctor’s primary responsibility is to protect the integrity of the exams. With the help of over 200 volunteer proctors, SMRPCO sponsors certification examinations at over 50 locations around the world.
Become an Approved Proctor
Exam proctor applicants are expected to be CMRP-certified for a minimum of one (1) year and in good standing with SMRPCO. In the event that an applicant is not CMRP-certified, they are not eligible to sit for a SMRPCO certification exam for five (5) years from the date of the latest proctored exam session. Administer a CMRP, CMRT or CAMA exam
The SMRPCO Board of Trustees voted to suspend all paper exams, effective July 12, 2019. No paper exams may be scheduled once the suspension is in effect. Suspending paper exams and delivering the CMRP and CMRT exams exclusively via computer-based testing will enable SMRPCO to meet strategic goals and objectives. We will keep you apprised of further exam changes.
For exams prior to July 12, 2019
SMRPCO requires ample time to ensure accurate exam material preparation and shipment for scheduled exam sessions. As such:
- All exam requests must be submitted online at least two (2) weeks prior to the requested exam session date for U.S. exam dates.
- All exam requests must be submitted online at least four (4) weeks prior to the requested exam session date for international exam dates.
