Supporting M&R Students & SMRP Member Families
The Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP) values the importance of higher education and therefore strives to create opportunities for students in maintenance and reliability as well as other degree concentrations by providing financial assistance in the form of scholarships for qualified individuals. To meet this need, the SMRP Board of Directors has authorized three (3) $2,000 USD scholarships to be awarded for the 2013-’14 academic year.
Scholarship applicants are judged on the basis of grade point average, work experience, extra-curricular activities, leadership activities and merit. Recipients will receive scholarship money via deposit at the Financial Aid Office of their university, for the use of purchasing books and supplies, covering lab fees and tuition expenses.
