The Planning & Scheduling workshop is a one-day course,
covering an overview of how to improve maintenance and reliability
with proper planning & scheduling. A key part of the
training is to instill better collaboration between maintenance
and operations. As a result, attendees will learn how to
reduce plant frustration and reactivity and create additional
available maintenance capacity, thus reducing costs and
creating a more sustainable production process.
Training includes an introduction to:
• Natural team concept
• Work Management System
Attendees will get a better understanding of reliability
ownership and how to use it to create better maintenance
& operations collaboration throughout their entire facility.

This is a one day workshop followed by a day of private
consultation on February 16th. The consultations will be
by appointment only and offer participants the opportunity
to discuss their particular issues and challenges with an
