This workshop explores the benefits of effective
planning and scheduling. The roles and responsibilities
of a planner/scheduler will be discussed as well as the
steps to implement a planning and scheduling process.

Marshall Institute has trained more than 25,000 industry
professionals since 1975. We have covered technical topics
such as electrical training, boiler training to management
seminars such as World Class Maintenance and TPM.
We have great expertise delivering training in various formats.
We offer an extensive public seminar schedule, as well as
customized on-site seminars. Recognizing the need for distance
based training and more economical options we developed
E-learning webinars. We currently offer a handful of maintenance
and reliability topics in this format.
Our instructors come from Industry and have on average 25
years of experience. In addition to their “real world”
expertise they have been trained by Marshall Institute to
become a qualified instructor.
