6S for PM Optimization
Presented by Novelis
Date TBD
Cleveland, OH

Novelis is engaged in the development of a corporately lead initiative for Reliability Excellence. In the process of developing training we were asked for an approach for optimization of PMs. Novelis is deeply involved in Lean Manufacturing so we decided to use the 6S Lean methodology and apply it to PM Optimization. Thus far we have lead multiple workshops across Novelis with great success. The course is 2 days. The first half of day one is training. The second half of day one and all of day two is a working session where people practice the technique.

This course is ideal for anyone who would be involved in the writing or revision of Preventive Maintenance tasks.
